Okuma's big game Titus Gold reels
have been constructed to withstand the harshest punishment possible
by being constructed with machine cut stainless steel gearing and a
rigid one-piece machined aluminum frame. The TG series features up
to 5 HPB's for ultimate corrosion resistance, smoothness and maximum
free spool. Combine this with our super smooth new Carbonite drag
system, we have incorporated the ingredients for a
tournament grade fish
stopping machine. The incredible
heat dissipating properties of our Carbonite drag washers allow
friction to decrease as drag pressure and speed increases. All of
this technology and confidence incorporated into the Titus Gold
series allows us to offer our unprecedented 5-year manufacturers
warranty on all Titus Gold models.
These high performance big game reels are made to
stand up to the toughest conditions. The one piece frame and side
plates are machined from solid stock T-6061 aircraft grade aluminum.
For these powerful reels we have oversized the stainless gearing
cold forged all external parts, and machined all components to
precise tolerances. The TG features a new, extra strong double “dog”
anti-reverse system. The TG-15-II represents one of the few out of
the box 15 lbs. line class two speeds in the world. This is the
perfect 30 lb.

and dissipates heat, promising smooth drag under extreme tensions.
VSystem also features our Extreme Element Bearings, made with double
shielded stainless steel and high density ceramic balls, for the
ultimate in corrosion resistant and long life durability.
With up to 15 bearings, the reel utilizes both the Extreme Elements
bearings and the High Performance bearings for ultra smooth fishing
and anti-corrosion wear. Finished with a machined aluminum 1- touch
folding handle and matching machined spare spool, the VSystem is the
