Terms of Service
Items may be shipped via the
USPS
Priority Mail Flat Rate (preferred method), FedEX, or UPS to
the Continental US only. If ordering from Canada, please
contact us for exact shipping rates prior to ordering.
Claims
All items are carefully packed and inspected before shipping.
You are advised to refuse any shipment that is noticeably damaged.
Obtain a receipt for the merchandise you return or refuse. For
slightly damaged or dented packages, have the carrier make a note on
his record. Inspect the merchandise immediately. If
there is a problem, save all the package material for the
carrier's inspection. Any claims for damagers or shortages
must be reported to your local post office at once, and to us within
72 hours.
Returns
Every item on
our Web site and in our on line catalog comes with Osprey’s 100%
satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with
your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any
item.
Simply,
return your item by via the exact mean by which it was shipped (we
use UPS, USPS Priority Mail, FedEX or DHL). For your protection,
please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not
accepted.

If the
package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from
the manufacturer, please call Customer Relations at 1-704-589-9601
or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are
covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent
directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If we made a
mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be
reimbursed.
The Returns
Department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the
issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
All items
advertised are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or
materials. These types of defects will generally appear within the
first year of use.
At times,
manufacturer warranties, received with the product, will override
our own. In any case, unless otherwise specified, the item must be
returned for our inspection, so that we can authenticate our
watermark. |
